Maybelline Color Tattoos are cream eyeshadows that can be used on their own or as a base for powder eyeshadows. They are very creamy and highly pigmented. They are very easy to work with and are very blendable. They are high end quality you would expect to pay three times the price of what they are, in my opinion they are amazing value for money.

The range consists of 16 different shades varying from nudes to bright purples and blues. They currently retail for €10.49 (www.boots.ie) and £4.99 (www.superdrug.com). I own the shades Eternal Gold, On and on Bronze and Permanent Taupe.

Eternal Gold is a cool gold with golden shimmer throughout the product. This goes really nice with a light, cool, matte brown in the crease e.g. Omega from Mac.

On and on Bronze is a cool bronze with a shimmer finish. I found my Naked 2 Palette from Urban Decay goes really well, especially enjoying this with YDK, Tease, Busted, Blackout and Bootycall.

Permanent Taupe is an almost muddy grey with a matte finish. Permanent Taupe is the perfect base for a smokey eye. I love matte eye looks with this. I normally use a warm medium brown and black with this.
