I use Porefessional by Benefit along with this foundation as it goes on smoother with a primer. I apply this foundation with my Real Techniques stippling brush. I first use a pump evenly all over my face and if I need more coverage on a particular day I'll use half a pump more. I use a powder with this because I have combination skin but you can completely skip this step if you have normal or dry skin.
The Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation currently retails for €45 on www.BrownThomas.com for 30ml. I got mine in Dublin Airport duty free for €38.50.
I wanted a light weight foundation for holidays. I was debating whether to get shade 3.5 or 4, I decided to get 4 because I felt the 3.5 was a little too red and I was going to get more tan on holiday. I was a little surprised there was no assistant around to help me when buying this foundation, I would've preferred a second opinion from an Armani makeup artist. As I'm very familiar with different make up counters I knew which drawer it was going to be in so picked my out my shade, went to the till and paid. Overall I love Terminal 2 shopping in Dublin Airport because all the staff are really helpful and nice.
